Installing my new JVC Nav system today and pulled out the factory audio system. Noticed there are 4 connectors on the factory deck...the 2 for the new harness and another white one for the SWI connector...but there is one more that is smaller and black...WHAT IS THIS FOR?
Did I miss something or id this just left alone?

    Thx

I am trying to remember pulling mine, and I remember the two for the deck, the SWI, and the one for the clock/hazards. And the antenna.

Yup..had 2 for the deck, the 1 for the hazards/clock, the SWI (white) connector and the antenna.
The fourth one the only black one and has 12 pnis count connector. I hooked up everything else (except damn AWSC connector..) and the HU worked fine.
Year is a 2011 4dr cab with no JBL system. Can't figure what this connector is for, but it was plugged into the back of the factory HU.
Since I have to take it to the local audio shop to figur out the damn SWI connector, I will ask them.
Anyone else with a 2011 model and seen this connector?

    Thx

Why do you need to take it to an audio shop for the SWI? What are you using?

I connected the Axxess ASWC per their website and even called tech support and connected exactly the way they stated over the phone, but no luck. Got fed up and frustrated so leaving it for a pro to look over and figure out. I gave it a shot, but FAILED miserably..oh well. I am sure I am just doing something very minor wrong, but once I get frustrated..that's all she wrote for me.
