Form Lighting LED Tail Lights

Who has them? are they worth it?

I see some Tacos out here where I live they all have alphaluxx they are nice , but I had to get these cause they are brighter then the Luxx series, and I like brighter The Better.

 

I have been looking at maybe picking these up for a few months now when Tacoma Lifestyle started carrying these. I'd be interested in a comparison of brightness with the Meso tail lights. Especially in the daytime. I hope there are some members with feedback

 

I went threw allot of videos and Shorts On YouTube and the one I posted is The Best and detailed, Day and night shots he did.
These are very hard to get On sale, I wanted to order threw Form Official website, but shipping was another 30$ so I found them same price free shipping.

 

I did Look at these and watch a few videos on YouTube of the meso tail lights, before I order these, But they did not catch my eye, ill pass on those. I think the alpha Luxx are better looking then the meso. But that's just my 2cents

 

Love the way they look and almost bought them. Just can't justify the price right now. The OEMs are not as hateful as I thought they'd be.

 

Yeah I have the Meso's and while I like them, they aren't as bright in the daytime as I'd like. Not to mention they are the most expensive on the market

 

I went ahead and bought them.

I'm assuming I can select what kind of turn signal display I want! (Probably should have researched better)

 

I have the Form Lighting tail lights, got them about a month ago from Tacoma Lifestyle. Unfortunately I paid full price lol, although I did get free shipping. So far I am happy with them. They look great and are bright, really clean up the back of the truck. Fit and finish is very good. They also have built-in resistors so no hyperflashing, even when using the turn signals in reverse. Install was simple, although one word of warning - do not crank down hard on the bolts that hold the tail lights in. Snugged up is more than good enough, and if you crank down too hard on them you risk stripping the threads on the light. Other than that it's very straight forward and takes at most 10 min a side. If you're on the fence I would go ahead and order them. I think you will be pleased.

If you're talking about the Form Lighting tail lights no, you can't select the turn signal display. It's sequential, starts from the top and bottom and meets in the middle.

 

Question these Do not cause any errors on the screen?

Also just how dark is the tint on these? I like dark tink. On your picture It's Hard to tell from that 1 Pic Angal

 

That's good. What I want. I think from the video it had a funky mode, but also had the normal one you described.

 

If you mean did it throw any codes, no it did not. Install was trouble free. The tint is pretty dark, they give the back a blacked out look. I'm happy with them.

 

It could be that you're talking about the start-up sequence as being the funky mode lol. It only does that when they first come on.
