Blah, I just had to replace the start batteries on the 7.3. twice the batteries means twice the price! Luckily that's about the only real failure it's had in 10k miles. Still lots of life left with only 134k on it.

Not anytime soon I don’t think. Nobody has any cash to spend on vehicles rn I think, or at least where holding onto their greenbacks with the shaky economy. Even nice LS400s and Tacomas are sitting. The only stuff I see selling quick is well under $5k.

Tons of people have money, they're just waiting for the market to equalize and it has been for months now

    Yeah I was being facetious

7.3 is a strong contender for reliability and definitely a rig I'd love to own (for no real reason)

I'll have to buy batteries for the 6.0 too :anonymous:

They aren't inflated though either, going down actually

It's just the rates at the moment that need to go down for anyone buying now

Buy now, refi when the rates drop

I've seen them in what, the 5s?

Just figure you'll be paying a grand more per month, which could be cheaper if you do that for a year or so and refi versus buying said house a year or more later at a higher cost and financing much more

I’d rather buy the materials and build a cabin or tiny home so I have equity from the start.

Im guessing when you did the clutch? Mine still feels pretty good but I smelt it when I reversed up a dirt hill in 4H instead of 4L.

I landed on the idea that housing costs are where they should be after the pandemic bubble, and scarcity is driving prices now. Unless we build a whole lot more houses, prices aren’t going down soon.

When I put in my offer, they ended up with 11 offers in a day, and that’s after the listing agent talked 7 more out of making offers.

Yeah, if you're doing a clutch you might as well do the seal at that age.

Part of it is also that people got tired of having roommates and started looking for their own place which drive up demand.

This is Arkansas not California lol. There are people with money here, but only so many people are looking for old Yotas.

I think being in Arkansas is a symptom of not having money

Or, put a sizeable amount down so you have equity from the start.

Yep, that's why I suggested to Jaxon it's ok to buy now. At least financing can be renegotiated IE refinanced

Cause old Yota's out there are rusted to shit? :luvya:
