    I saw it as 35K too. It's unusual to put a price as well as the $ owed to the bank.

    Nice truck, I also thought it was $35k though. I would change the price to $44k to avoid confusion. Just my opinion.

    It reads its for sale for 35000
    I have looked at thousands of for sale ads in 30 years and most would say it’s 35000 for the truck but you owe 9000 so there’s probably lein on the title.
    I don’t think he has to read,just misleading at no one’s fault.

    I don't think you're being dishonest or anything like that. Most folks when they sell a vehicle - they just put 1 price. The selling price of the vehicle.
