Totaled out my 21 TRD Pro

Made a dumb mistake two days ago in the mountains and went off and totaled the rig. Anyone have any insight what insurance might pay for a 21 TRD Pro with 65k?

Plug a 21 Tacoma Pro into autotrader with similar mileage in your area. That should give you a starting point. End thread.

Hopefully your insurance policy covers your offroad wreck. Not all do.

What’s the story here? Straight road, decent conditions….you just veer off the road?

 

Is it actually totalled?

 

Looks fixable.

I've had this happen where I had to move over for someone else and the front tire went off and.. the rest is history.

 

looked down for a split second and front right went off and took me for a ride. Perfect road conditions, not going fast had it in 2nd gear. There was a sharp corner coming up so I was on the far side of the road for on coming traffic.

 

Air bag deployment, the roof looks nicely damaged maybe not structurally, the sliders probably damaged the frame maybe put some holes in the frame.

One reason I don't want to go with too wide or agressive offset wheels. Not really a concern with a midsize or narrow truck. Tight roads and oncoming traffic.

That sucks. Sorry to hear and see this .

 

Air bags did not deploy. The frame is bent the doors on the driver side don’t shut as well as on the passenger side. The roof is smashed and the head liner has completely fallen off

 

Were you able to drive it out of there?

I'm curious if it was wheel lifted or put on a flatbed if you couldn't drive it off that road

 

I thoght that pillow or what ever was an airbag.

 

Usually when the A pillar gets damaged the insurance company writes it off. So I’m going to say sadly it’s most likely going to be a totaled truck.
