I have a 2005 Tacoma TRD4WD limited, Force1-4.7 V8. It has every option there is. Heated leather electric seats, and a V-8. I checked the VIN with Toyota and all of it was factory installed. How many of these are out there. Every time I go to a parts store they tell me there are no V8s...but here it is.

It sure can. It’s been done. But never from the factory that I’m aware of.

It’s the boat model. Drive into water, press correct button and an outboard motor is revealed from thin air.
