we never said we wanted canadians to come visit. . . and if your talking about tourism dollars on big places like yellowstone, then asian tourists are paying the vast majority of that tax.

 

FWIW, I am in favour of smaller government.

I would accept a tax increase IF government would get rid of the waste and tighten it's belt.

If it was attacked both ways, we may be able to put a dent in this mess..

the cut and dry answer to that is we don't want to spend money. we welcome tourism, but are focused on tourism that makes money, (which is not foreign visitors, sorry).
