You are threading one end of the Gasher schrader valve to the Milwaukee air chuck (male 8mm) and the other end to the Jaco adapter(male 1/4 npt)? The air would be moving in the right direction. Milwaukee inflator through Gasher schrader valve to Jaco adapter to tire schrader valve.

    Just getting started.
Correct and the pressure reading on the inflator works immediately after plugging the chuck onto the valve.

I believe the adapter comes with a valve core, I’d remove it as it’s not needed.

I like the quality of the Jaco. I think this is the setup I'm going to use. No disrespect to the other more economical adapters.

I was thinking about that. Threading the Gasher schrader valve into the Milwaukee air chuck would open the valve but would there be any restriction? Then I though to leave the core in the Gasher schrader valve in case I lost a core from a tire and needed one in an emergency. I'll try it both ways.

ITS OFFICIALLY AVAILABLE FOR SALE :):D:drool:
MILWAUKEE RELEASED THE M18 TOP HANDLE CHAINSAW!!!!!!!!!!!

I am gonna wait till I get confirmation about two/three different clearing/demo jobs I hopefully will get over the next couple months and buy it for the jobs.
Very tempting to buy it from HD and just use it for fun on some random trees then return it for a refund and buy one when I actually need it.

Edit - I am surprised we dont have an emoji which has a birthday hat.

wait until you can put your hands on it, in stores.
milwaukee has a bad habit of 'releasing' something, and then it's suddenly unavailable for months as they work out some unexpected problem.

the power fish tape was exactly that scenario...

No no, thats been the case for over 4 months but now HD actually shows it as in stock at the store, same with other online sellers instead of just pre ordering like its been.

$339 or $349 for the saw is a very competitive to arborist gas saws.

I want to see how fast it’s adapted into the field. I also wish the package unit battery charger came with a 12v charger instead of the 120v.

Guys… In store only, could not find this deal online. I got 2x 12.0’s and a single 8.0 starter pack for $149.40 each with 10% coupon. ~$166 without coupon. Might be cheaper on the continent.

I'm happy with mine. 99% of MW guys will say to get the M12 stubby instead, fits into tighter spaces, yadda yadda. Now that may be true but I don't work on stuff where I need to stick an impact into tight spaces. Sure it is also lighter than the M18.

But me personally I hate the M12 ergonomics due to the battery being in the handle. M18 is much more comfortable even though it's heavier. But whatever, I don't work on cars for a living anymore so I suppose it don't matter much but still. I only buy M12 tools when I have no other choice like the ratchet & die grinders.

After getting the gen2 Mid-Torque I fell in love with the tri-LEDs so when the gen3 M18 Compact came out I decided to upgrade, so much more power than my old gen2 Compact. I also recently just upgraded to the gen4 impact driver with tri-LEDS, I had the gen2, been using it for 7 yrs but it's still working.

Thanks for the response . Yea same here, I don’t work on vehicles for a living. Just nice having tools for different jobs. I’m a commercial electrician but use both the M18 and M12 tools. Depending on the task.
