    have i ever got in a gun fight and busted a cap in someones ass? no. have i approached trespassers on my property with a weapon visible on me to insure the trespasses get the point? many times.

    I have a .38 special for concealed carry.

    I am on the road for work at 2:30 am and have had a few "interesting" encounters in the middle of the night.

    Not had to use it yet.

    But I also put my seat belt on every time not expecting to get in an accident...
