    code p0102 Mass or Volume air flow circuit low input

    PERMANENT code how can I fix this issue

    Ohm out MAF - that will verify if its bad or not. Or throw a MAF at it.

    No check engine light?
    Does the engine run ok?

    You could disconnect the battery for 10 mins and then hook it back up.

    Other than that, you need to look at the data on a scan tool. If the engine runs fine, you may have an intermittent issue.

    Is the MAF plugged in?

    off the top of my head it probably needs a MAF sensor. But if you want to do some checks you could ohm it out and do resistance checks. Or pull up grams per second maf reading and calculated load in a scan tool

    When you say permanent you mean it won't clear or it cleared but is stored as a Mode $10 (Permanent) code?

    And correct its a permanent code that I cant erease
