    I'll take it!

It'd just be to provide others an add-on to the stiffeners I made.

Do you want the measurements of the ACE hardware L brackets I used or of the bed itself?

Just the outer dimensions L x W and width of said steel.

    PXL_20230604_001654751.jpg

Also, did you drill that bolt on the top side offset for any specific reason? Something in the way?

I'd want to predrill holes and make the L out of the same thickness the bed stiffeners are since there's plenty of left over steel on my large sheet.

I'll get you some tomorrow (can't find my tapes after last weekends fence project). I can tell you the hole pattern was based on the predrilled holes on the L brackets. Nothing in the way, just some self tapping tex screws and called it a day. Plenty of stiffness for my uses.

I find this impossible to believe. When I put 35s on with 4.10s anything outside of 1st gear was a slug. Shit even pretty noticable with 33x12.5s.

If the time is not well improved and top speed for sure then either you're driving/shifting sucks or the tires are bald.

I did the fender flares with Cerakote. Says it’s good for 200 washes and I hope that’s wrong because I f*ing hate the results. I was expecting a matte finish but got high gloss. I’ll wind up pulling the flares off and sanding them to get rid this.

Ok, so I plug the return line fitting with a bleeder screw.

    20230604_131237.jpg

For right now, I just used a union fitting to attach the rear pressure line with the line that was coming off the LSPV to the hard line/soft line connection. (mostly to just stop the leaking while I work on the rest of this in the back)

I need to get this whole area of the frame cleared, for the next project I'll be working on.

    20230604_134558.jpg

So I'll need to relocate the hardline/softline bracket.

As we can see, the stock bumps are a bit squished.

    20230604_134926.jpg

Upgraded rear bump stops is the next project. We'll see how that goes, when I get there.

I must have hit some pretty big curbs at the mall or something. :notsure:

tires are like new and well, I'm not double clutching like I should. Really it's hard to judge. It's still not quick. I'm used to 500hp on tap all day so the truck still feels sluggish. I think really what Im noticing is before, top of second was 60mph, but since the gearing is effectively shorter now, that third shift eats the gains. We will have to wait until later this month when I take it back down the track.

Old bump pads are gone. New bases for the hydrobumps are bolted in place.
