Good morning CT.
I did nothing this weekend apart from cleaning my shower using some DIY cleaner I found on the internet. It really works! Mix equal parts white vinegar and Dawn dish soap in a spray bottle.

edit: let sit for 30 minutes and then rinse

It's crazy what these signs go for attached a picture of mine however it is not an illuminated sign I got the sign itself the metal part as a birthday present my roommate at the time made the wooden background for it and I finished it with a honey pine finish and I attached it with a brass countersunk screws and washers just thinking it would give it that old time look I've had it now for probably 25 + years don't know what it's worth but I'm not getting rid of it

Just had to use a vise grip and hammer to remove an oil drain plug.

 

And people don't understand why I'd rather climb my old ass under my vehicles and change it myself. Even the "free" oil changes from Toyota Care are not getting done on my truck.

Sorry… not my best. My probe thermometer stopped working, showed 195 for over an hour. Used another probe and it showed an internal temp of 213. Not terrible but there were some parts that were overcooked.

 

The end of last work week and the beginning of this work week has been nothing but absolute shit, filled with nothing but problems and issues that I'm now left stuck trying to "smooth over" and solve.

FML. I hate this shit.

 

Finished 3D printing my brackets to hold my rooftop shower this weekend. Time to install and test when I get home. The plastic I used is holding my lightbar on the roof rack just fine, so I can't see this not working well for the 40lb pvc shower

 

With that being said, if anyone has any 3D printing needs, I am happy to help. Whether that be printing stuff you find online or needing something designed. I enjoy doing it and my new role at work has me doing less design work so I can only flex my design muscles at home when I have something which needs to be done. So far all I have made for the tacoma is my molle panel for under the center console, the lightbar mount for my prinsu rack, and now this roof shower mount.

Ignore the nip, or don't. It is nice to sometimes have one on hand for when work sucked that day and you don't feel like making an extra stop on the way home . If anyone wants a panel I can make them up. And if I can get near a 2nd gen then I can take those measurements and print them for that as well.

 

I can't ignore the nip - I HATE those things. Whenever I go for a walk they are all over the side of the road. I was going to go to town hall & try to get the sale of them banned in my town.
...then I learned the city gets a 30ȼ kickback on every nip sold. Yeah the cash matters more than the neighborhood. Town Hall doesn't want to have to co-pay for their benefits.

That said - could you 3D print up 2 co-workers for Nuno @Cativelense ? Well toss in a tape recorder with "um hum, yup, I understand, & tomorrow - definitely tomorrow".

I know towns in MA have already banned their sale, and I think slowly they are going for the whole state. And yeah too many people just throw them on the sidewalk, like they do with cans, glass, and any kind of trash. CT even added another $0.05 "environmental fee" on each purchase, but we know that is just to pocket money to the government more than do anything about clean up. All of mine are saved and tossed in the recycling bin. Whatever happens after I put them in the proper location is not up to me!

Roof shower is back on, and time for a pressure test later today. I had a leak and had to cut a piece out and re-seal it
