I'm going to be pulling these off. They are projector HID built by Burt Truong here w/ Morimoto comps and genuine toyota housings.


I need to replace the lenses as they are cracked from the halogen amber DRL. I have a set of excellent condition original stock lenses from this truck that will serve as donors. LED ambers will prevent that from happening again

Can the 2.5 gen headlights fit on the 2.0 gen mounts with grill change? I noticed the 2.0 gens have a dip on the lower side of the headlight 2.5gen don’t have that dip. Is that trim piece under headlight easy to fit/mount? My dads 07 has the reflector housing. Wondering what it would take update to 2.5 gen setup.

 

That requires an ENTIRE front end swap. Fenders, fender flares, bumper, bumper brackets, headlights, headlight trim, hood, and grill.

Fenders are the same

 

Fenders do not need to be changed for the facelift.

Headlight shapes are completely different tho. Still wouldnt do it. 05-11 GOATED. 12-15 looks like a bulldog with down syndrome
