I was just thinking that. This time last year the waterfalls still had decent flow, and they’re all a trickle now. It’s supposed to be an El Niño year, so hopefully we’ll see some relief, but that may not be until the fall or winter.

Bert was a husky mix and I'm still finding his fur everywhere

I alternate between thinking it's cruel to own a husky here for our hottest months and thinking that they must love it during our coldest months... I suppose if I adopted a local rescue I wouldn't be adding to the problem since they were already here.... Hmmmm

they have so much vocal rage, like chill little guy.. chill

I've always been a big size dog person too, we only had labs and a Golden growing up

Actually, we did have one small dog...Benji. That guy is still kicking at almost 17 and lives with my mom, practically totally blind/deaf and you can smell his breath from a mile away

This 80 I saw this morning had a marine corps license plate. It looked so pristine that I wondered if it got wheeled much. It was a sight to behold though; whoever owns this had some serious cash to burn.

If it's cruel to own one there then Dex is gonna hate us in a month or two lol. luckily May/June this year has been uncharacteristically cool, which is awesome. Really only July - Sept. that it gets bad

Even when it's really warm he just lays out in the grass right in the sun, there's a wire crossed in his brain somewhere I think

    Yeah that thing looked sharp!

All my other vehicles were always pristine, well-kept, and I paid a pretty penny for them.

Both Corvettes still have a flawless factory paint job. The C4 is actually in better shape and it's 29 years old.

Ever since getting into wheeling, I prefer an already scratched up and dented rig.

yeah we leave a huge bowl of water out for him in the yard when he doesn't want to come in. If he wasn't so hell bent on catching everything that moved I would let him sleep in the backyard when the weather is nice like it is now, he hates coming in at night. And he rarely barks so that's not really a concern

I think more than anything it would be cruel to have an active dog like a husky only if you couldn't provide them with the energy outlet they need, not so much the climate. Or like in an apartment with no yard

Supposed to get Dex's breed test results back this week, I don't know why I'm excited for it. I'm sure it's going to be 90%+ Siberian. But really curious what the rest is

I’d do anything to go back to 2015 and buy a clean one with lockers for 5 grand. Hell, back in 2009 they were being given away for practically nothing. Then people suddenly decided they were cool again several years ago.

I wouldn’t mind an 80 series with faded clearcoat that I wouldn’t mind scratching up on trails. You pay a huge premium for clean paint and intact seats on them.

Rebecca still looks at dogs for adoption all the time, I asked her why and she says "for when we get a bigger place" :bananadead::bananadead::bananadead: we might as well open up a zoo
