I don’t know if he comes in here anymore but on the first 20 or so pages is the biggest Porsche collection I’ve ever seen. Without going back to look I want to say it’s @G.T.

There's a couple new HWs plus the Majorette one I just posted.

Also found this one in a sack of loose ones a friend gave to me. Obviously used.

I'm going to be the wrong scale guy, but I've been away from the thread since August and made a few pickups, so here comes the photobomb and wall of text:

[IMG]IMG_2760 by Mike M, on Flickr

    Added the following:
    • OTTOmobile 96-spec JDM Honda Integra Type - (note the JDM front and 4-lug wheels) - this car is nearly impossible to find on eBay without paying $300+ for it. I was on a quest to get one and I finally got it.
    • OTTOmobile 98+ spec EDM Honda Integra Type R - (note LHD, EDM wheels and it has a rear fog lamp). This is the first Otto I ordered directly from them. I'm certain they'll jump in value in the coming years. When I last posted in August 2022 I mentioned that I had hoped they'd make a USDM / EDM front ITR and here it is!
    • OTTOmobile 96-98 spec JDM Honda Civic Type R. I missed the ordering of these by a week. I much prefer the later 99-00 front end that Otto made by since it seems like they made 12 of them I wasn't about to get one and I'd pay through the teeth for it regardless.
[IMG]IMG_2450 by Mike M, on Flickr
    • AUTOart Subaru WRX STi (Bugeye) sedan - I had the wagon version as of the last post. This was the 4th one I actually purchased. The first was listed as 1/18 scale and was actually 1/43 when it arrived. The second was thrown in a box and arrived horribly damaged. The third the guy tried to scam me and it never showed. This one got quite damaged in shipping (door mirror fell off, rear wheel / brake caliper broke off) and the trunk was damaged. However, the seller was amazing and since he used eBay's Global Shipping program he filed a claim with them and was refunded his cash and then he refunded me, so I ended up with a free model I was able to repair to 99%.
    • OTTOmobile Nissan S14A Silvia - This was really close in color to Letty's S14 from the first Fast and Furious movie and it always intrigued me. However, given it was a 1,500 piece production run from 6 years ago prices on eBay for these was typically somewhere in the $400+ range. OTTOmobile releases (6) cars a month and tease there models every other day usually two months ahead. I made a joke on a diecast forum I'm on that they should re-release some of the older cars they did as they trade for huge sums (and Otto is known for selling repaints from time to time). I specifically mentioned this car and on a whim I went to eBay to look and see what they had for the Damson Fuschia S14 and found this one brand new in box in Portugal for 1/2 the cost as usual so I jumped on it. Unfortunately it has a few flaws but it honestly they hardly stand out.
    • OTTOmobile Nissan R32 Skyline GT-R. This was a recent Otto release and given it's the most iconic color for the R32 I had to jump on it. I'm not a huge Skyline fan, but this was seriously too cool to pass up and I figure 2-3 years from now this might be worth more.
    • OTTOmobile Mitsubishi GTO (aka 3000GT in the US) - I mentioned back in August I was on the hunt for one of these as this was a limited run of only 300(!) for the Asia market only. I found one in CT of all places and jumped on it. That fills out my JDM halo cars of the 90s less the Subaru SVX, so I'm pumped.
I've got one car on order which is an OTTOmobile Civic del Sol and I'm eagerly awaiting Greenlight's release of the Mad Max 1 Big Bopper yellow police cruiser. This will look excellent next to Max's Yellow Interceptor. I still have a Bburago Ferrari 288 GTO I want to tinker with and improve. Tonight while rearranging my cases I discovered the red Supra is missing a tail light clear cover and was never there from Day 1 of ownership. I ordered a replacement Supra from eBay and my hope is to then resell my car. Even if I only make back 50% of what I spent at least I'll have a fully intact car and be much happier about it.

I have my fingers crossed no one makes any additional cars I'm interested in, but I think I'm (hopefully) in a holding pattern for awhile here.

My kids got me a frontrunner pro tacoma in cement for my desk as a b-day present. I was able to put my 22’ blue pro in the case with it and the extra tent fit it perfect.

those Porsches still super heavy? I've a few of them and they are solidly built and weight a lot more than other hot wheels.

Most of those have a plastic chassis and aren’t the “premium” line. I do have some of the metal chassis ones but they’re more expensive.

    IMG_1994.jpg

    These are plastic chassis.

The blue one is a Mini GT.
