Have you had any luck propagating PrimeArk?
My other blackberries rooted just fine, but Ark will not root.
I normally put a pot with the dirt under a cane and pin it to the ground with landscaping pins. Had no luck with Primacane doing it this way.

After rooted plant establishes, I cut the mother cane, and get a new plant.
Some of the volunteers rooted when I missed pruning, and touched the pine bark mulch and rooted on their own. I may try it the same way with Prime Ark.

I have used the same method to propagate new viburnum and azalea plants.

@Barsoom do you have grapes? Or is it someone else?

I dont know if these are flowers or grapes? Couple plants have them, they are slow to get established but hopefully get better in couple years.

My Prime Ark was almost a joke, ordered it online and they sent me an envelope with basically a toothpick sized root. But since l paid for it l just went ahead and planted it in a pot in the house for 2 years! May or June of 2022 it finally went in the ground, and this year it has been growing like gangbusters. Edit: Also this year another Prime Ark popped up about 2 feet from the main plant, dug it up and moved it a few weeks ago.

I planted some black berries from Lowes and walmart last year. They were in pots...they didnt look too good but they started taking off this year. Some will be real nice next year.

I did plant some small ones like you said, we will see how they do this year as far as getting established

I got 4 more different breeds of Blackberry Plants from Amazon this year. Think the company was called Perfect-Plants, they were 3 year old bushes of good size for around 20 bucks each, amazing price.

I tried grapes for 3 years, they all died after getting fungus. Never got to the flower stage, sorry.
If it a flower pod, there should be lines on the pod, where it opens later on.

I used the same method for strawberries. Put Styrofoam cups filled with dirt and bottoms cut out. Pinned the runners and got new plants.

This is what I built a few years ago. Pig fencing panels, on 2x4s, at 2ft and 4ft off the ground, used galvanized plumber hanging strap to secure the panels. If I keep up with it, I can feed new canes thru different cells. Makes picking and pruning easier and opens plants up for better air flow.

Heavy canes just rest on the panel.
A couple of plants died last year, so I let the neighboring canes grow longer and take up the empty space.

Sevin can be used on the ground, on edibles, in right proportion.
Diatomacious earth also helps, butI know nothing about aquaponics. It might be too abrasive for the pumps.
    Sorry.
