    Ha, thx.

Here’s what I got going. You don’t see the tomato, mozzarella basil salad yet. It’s going to be minus the basil tonight. It died while I was in Bimini the last few days. Think I had it in the wrong spot. Try again.

If you have never put robusto Italian dressing on a bone in chicken breast you need to try it all y’all. It’s delicious. Corn I soaked in water in the husks then wrapped them. Trying to see how it steams it. I’m betting it will be pretty damn good way to cook corn.

There's no information on who makes it or where it's from... but it's definitely cool and I would totally try it!

Have you tried grilling the corn within the husk, without wrapping it in foil? It allows for the kernels to get some grill flavor. Steaming it in a foil wrap works too, especially if you add some seasoning to steam it in. But I’m here to tell you, try it grilled with the husk on! You won’t regret it.

I have, thats how I usually do it. Just wanted to test a theory. It worked great, fucking delicious if I do say so myself. FL white sweet corn is amazing on its own though. To bad we are at the end of the season for it.
I forgot to take the plated up pic for you guys. I was starving though and forgot.

My apologies for the bad assumption. My wife and I have been grilling corn for years and it’s become a go to favorite.

I am curious though, did you add anything else to the foil other than the corn?

Apologies not needed, good question. No not with the wet husk on. Sometimes I will shuck them, put 4 pats of butter in it and then the corn and wrap. I just wanted to see how long it took to steam them in wet husks. Only took about 20 minutes which was fine because I baby the chicken breasts. I hate drying out the chicken so I fluctuate between low and medium on the gas so I dont A) Burn them more than I want (I like to have some char on them as you can see) but I want them moist as well and B) I like to take my time and have a beer while I am cooking.

Sounds like my kind of cooking! Appreciate the insights, it may be time to grill up some chicken and corn.
