I have tried all 3, WT, Husky, and now TuxMat, I use the tuxmat for most of the time, but I do alot of fishing and then I switch back to the WT, they are the toughest mat, but what a pain to clean...

I don't how to quantify "toughness" - I mean I have never had WT or TuxMat wear out in that they wore through or tore, anything like that. Now after several years I WT wear down the tread where my heel went on a CR-Z and on a MB C230 (both MT). I have had TuxMat on an Outback for 5 years and just cleaned them today and they still look new. But they both seem to last literally years. And yeah for me both are a pain to clean - I take them out and clean them on the driveway to get them really clean. So only speaking for my experience here WT and TuxMat tie for toughness and a PITA to clean. Where TuxMat wins out for me is coverage - they go all the way up to the door sills and cover more area. TuxMat are also thicker (padded ?) and more pliable where WT seems almost brittle. And on a subjective basis to me TuxMat look much better - but that is a matter of what you might think "looks better."

Anyone who hasn't had the new WeatherTech HPs can't really make a fair comparison of WTs to Husky mats or Tuxmat. That's how much better the HPs are now-- they are not hard plastic.

Fair enough. I swore off the WT floor mats years ago as they felt like hard plastic and were slicker than snot on a doorknob when wet. I'd have to see and test the new ones in person before I would even consider buying their product.

Yep - Husky and WT HP still don't have the coverage that TuxMat has - really they don't look to be much more than the OEM mats

They are actually less expensive than the WT HP or the Husky X-Act Contour. Definitely more coverage. Why did I have to see these? LOL

Not a fan either of the look of the Tuxmats.
