but yeah, would be kind of weird to get rid of an LC80 for a 1st gen T4R. Only real advantage would be the removable top

They're definitely cool rigs, but going to your other post, I'd want an enclosed single cab.

    At most an extended cab.

Plenty of room in the garage to back in, pull off the bed, and work on a rear shock relocation and more.

Not even slightly, it's pretty low TBH

Even for CA it's up there.

Several clean rigs come up on FB MP for the $10k with similar mileage. The beat up ones go under $10k, and lower mileage go passed $15k.

I've watched for months as I was toying with the idea of a solid axle beater toy but holy fuck...some are super pristine or super shitbox.

I still think it is suspiciously low for a solid axle efi model without body rust and a full interior. That's a 20k+ rig here easy, if it was an IFS model sure its a little high, moreso if it wasn't clean and EFI.

That's the crust cause I even make the crust and top lattice from scratch.

Going to cut and cook the apples now.

ditto, I can do apple pie but no other kind of pie. Unless it's chocolate pie.

Fruit tarts and the like, no thanks. I'll take a chocolate covered strawberry but I'm only eating the chocolate

Yeah did you really like that chocolate ganache? Like I said I didn't have almond bark to melt and drizzle on top like I had hoped.

haha yeah that was really good. I'm all about the chocolate desserts just not a huge fan of fruit being added to them.

Sucks Biscuit doesn't care for apples, but Bronx does so he'll enjoy some scraps -

    20230606_114939.jpg

    The chopped goods -

    20230606_114945.jpg

Most of the remainder goes in with the slices; the lemon juice pulls the apple's juices away so you have to let them drop for about an hour before cooking -

    20230606_121534.jpg

Only 20 mins later and tons of juices have collected at the bottom and that was with over 1/2lb of dry ingredients and only 1oz of lemon juice -

    Same!

    Don't care for red.

There's 1/2lb of sugar in there, combined with nutmeg and cinnamon, which all add to a nice sweet and salty combination.

I don't mind red ones if they're really sweet, used to get Jonathan red apples as a kid and they were great. But never see them anymore around here. But yeah sour green ones are the best
