true I usually end up using my app anyway, my Speedo slightly off and was too lazy to change the worm gear

Haha I’d hate to know how off it’d be on 42’s on top of it all. That being said if this thing is ever on the road someone stole it and the joke’s on them

got my 3d printed cupholder from https://bluedogdesignwerks.com/collections/all its a custom piece made and not on his website. He said he would be willing to sell them if people asked. this will work with a crawl box and FJC tcase. I did run into an issue installing it. the outside diameter of the cup holders are a little big and had to trim down the console side to get it to fit. they are bigger underneath to have them reinforced. 5 mins with a Dremel and its fine now.

I was looking for an OEM FJ tcase shift knob, and @zippsub9 might still hook me up...

but going to get an adapter machined so i can eventually use this as the knob! :bananadance:

There are some really nice console setups in here. Is anybody 3D printing or got any of these for sale for an auto setup?

They are tapped already, but I don't know the thread pitch. I do know the shifter and tcase are M8x1.5. My friend with a lathe is going to make me the adapter. Ill also see if he can put a lip in there for a shift boot collar

But if you want to help me put the whole thing in, id gladly make a trip out of it!

    Hey all,

So...biting off a lot here but doing a RC62f 3rd gen manual trans swap in to my 2014 DCLB. Since I needed to swap t-case input shafts from auto to manual, I figured I'd finally do the FJ/4Runner sticked t-case. Found a low mile 2020 4Runner t-case from a wrecker here in the PNW and also got a 2007 manual splined t-case for $100 so that I could swap input shafts. It says it had 107k on the truck but the input splines seem pretty worn. Notice the rough leading edges on the left side of the pic. Am I being picky or is this something I should be concerned about?

Also...the 4Runner t-case didn't come with a j-shift stick, hardware or boots. If anyone has that gear they'd like to part with, I'm a buyer. Thanks!

Mine looked about the same same at 115k in terms of coloration and condition. As long as splines aren't twisted or otherwise chewed up, I would say you are fine.

Here’s his thread. I bought an AWD FJ case from him a while back. Came in without issue- would definitely do business with him again

Thanks for the kind words, glad the case has been working well for you. I'm wrapping up my dual cases and triple sticks currently, can't wait to be finished.
