I'd second this recommendation as well.

my bike had em on when I bought em, cut em off after a few rainy days where they weren't drying out. Immediately noticed more vibration, and the narrower handlebar was weird to adjust to.

Debating putting on another set but it's been long enough I'm used to it now.

Nice another easy thing to try

Mines a 690 - it's not really a shaking per se, more of a light vibration through the bars that I don't notice till the fingers on my throttle hand start feeling tingly

Good to know, wish I could ignore it but gets to the point I have to stop and take a break

i had the numb hands at first with the 500excf, changing the original grips out for the odi v2 rogue grips in the soft (light grey) seemed to help a lot

Jocelin is an animal on a bike. When I'm back in a position to have a bike again, I'd love to buy an ADV then try to get in one of her classes.

I've only put about 50 miles on them so far (bad weather recently) but I can tell they are worlds better then my previous set. Which means nothing though since the previous set was from 2007. Lmao. (bought the bike with them) I'll let's you know for sure!

I've seen one before. They are really cool!

But also, what about this. Does it even count as a motorcycle?

That's more than my CB500X cost brand new. The minimoto hobby just is not for me, I guess.

For insurance purposes, yes, that is a motorcycle. As for as a community, who cares? Ride, drive what makes you happy. If a Ryker, Spyder, Trike, Slingshot, etc. trips your trigger, then go for it. No shame in getting out for the joy of getting out. If somebody wants to look down on those vehicles and try to belittle people using them by saying "that's not a bike" then that person is a gatekeeping dick hole. You can think it's not as cool or not a bike all you want, but throwing shade at somebody for something that doesn't affect the sport or you at all is stupid.

I didn't mean to imply that you were throwing shade. I was just stating my position. I don't wave. :anonymous: It's a bit hypocritical of me to say anyone is a dick anyway, because I'm a dick.

I mean, if somebody waves at me I will be polite and return the gesture, but I also don't feel any kind of instant bond or comradery based on the vehicle I drive/ride. The vehicle can be the gateway, like this forum and Tundras.com have been, but I still have to get to know somebody before there is any kind of "broship" happening.

Will you wave at a Grom rider? Took the Grom to get liquor today wearing shorts and t-shirt. All backroads with max speed limit of 40mph (might have gone a little faster than that). Had a infinity g37 give me a rev going the other direction . So much fun riding the Grom around!
