I've been wanting one, but don't really know where I'd mount it. I have my SG II where you have your III and I like it there. I just don't want the III blocking my speedo. I'll keep looking around for an open spot.

Yeah, given its size I didn't really consider anywhere else other than where you and I have our II and III. The lower A-pillar would've probably been my next choice. Good luck!

I didn't know either until someone here asked about it. The 9 gauge display had me sold. You can also adjust how many gauges are on display at once. I think 5 gauges is the lowest at once.

I would def like some feed back on how this gadget works out for you. Weeks out in the bush in AK and one never felt so good after a freezing cold river bath.
To old for that now; this looks like a great idea to add to my glamping world.

I mounted mine on the column but can still see through it to the trip meter behind it. It doesn’t really block the speedo either. I got it mainly for actual water temp and calibrated speed. It folds down out of the way as well.

A whole bunch of wore for this radio I'm about to put in. JBL system and steering wheel controls make it alot more tedious.

I tried to go over a stump at Knik.. pushed just enough up to hit the door when it opened..

    Found the damage:

I got my truck back from the body shop today. :taco: 6 weeks without my truck... That sucked. Got the driver's side replaced by insurance and paid a really good cost to have them touch-up the passenger side doors from wheeling wear and peeling clearcoat... Well they did more than just a touch-up. They painted and clearcoat the whole drivers and passenger sides, doors, rockers, A,B,C pillars too. The shop left the door logos off which is nice. They also got me OEM black running boards instead of the grey ones that I had. :rasta:

    I missed my truck. :drunk:

I may just send it all back. Not sure if I even have everything now. So many different wiring harnesses and what not. I'm pretty good with this stuff but instructions are extremely vague for these wiring harnesses.

My 08 doesn't have steering wheel controls. After having them in 3 of my last 4 vehicles I honestly barely used them and don't care about them. The actual radio harness wires are color coded to the metra adapter. Then that part is plug and play. I had mine laid out on a work bench and took my time soldering and shrink fitting the harnesses. Maybe it is a preparation problem. Take 1 xanax and 2 shots of jack d. Then follow the instructions written in Chinese. Then plug it in and see what happens. Caution the screen wording may be in Chinese.
