I've got the recirc on because it smells like a damn bonfire outside...

 

Leaving the apartment complex...

 

Not as smoky back at my parents' place, but the smoky smell is very strong...

 

The smoke is much more visible here...

 

Definitely thicker back at the apartment complex...

 

We think Porter saw a rabbit or a fox, and now he's in the backyard going nuts. The smoky smell doesn't seem as bad back here as it out front...

 

Smokes only gonna get worse. Bucks is in a red flag condition. Asthmatics mask up / stay inside.

Do you local 9-1-1 centers a favor, before calling, see if there’s actually a fire… you could hear the smoke rolling in via “investigation” calls a Chiefs pages.

Shiit situation for up north. Wildland groups are diverting leaving farms to tend to their own land.

 

Good morning fellow Pennsyltuckyvanians and Othertuckystatians!! The some was so bad here yesterday at about 3PM it almost seemed like dusk. Visibility was down to 200 yards. Red Flag for us here in NEPA - moon this morning is bright red and hazy.

Good morning all. I have a few friends in Canada stating those fires aren't terribly far from their homes at this point.

Morning Pa. My mind was in left field this am on my drive to work, pondering what I would be doing if retired. Man I love the R word. Anyhow, drove past my normal left turn into the university! LOL Happy Wednesday all.

 

Haha. Yep ur mind is already there . That's a good thing , I think retiring is a very hard decision for some. If the money is there is makes for an easier decision, having a pension definitely helps.

Morning all, I literally stared directly into the sun around 7 o clock and it was just a giant red ball in the sky. When I left work yesterday is when the haze and smell really started working it's way into my area, very ominous looking and creepy haha.

Good morning PA. The wife and I washed both our Toyotas yesterday. they look good and with no rain for awhile, maybe they will stay that way. Not too smoky here this morning.

 

Good morning Pennsylvania and surrounding areas. Extra smokey in my area also. There also is a Forrest fire 2 towns over from me. They were evacuation in place for that area of town lots of apartment complexs and business were the fire is at.
