Yea there are different versions called different things but I think they are all pretty much the same thing. The one I first heard of was called “pigeon fancier’s disease.” From what I’ve heard they all suck.

Dry years we have problems with red birds pecking and eating tomatoes so I started putting bird mesh around my tomato cages.

Anything in the yard proper is subject to the .22 rule.

 

Saw a porcupine waddle off at a good clip this AM. What do those prickly bastards eat?

 

It has been dry lately. First rain in months was Monday so maybe they’ll find something else to eat

knew some people that had them invade their fruit trees, they would shoot them.

 

This Groundhog has been trying to get at my newly planted raspberry plant, so l put a milk-crate and a brick over it.

 

We lived in a town where the beavers migrated down river and were chewing down everything including the deck supports of some of our high end homes…Fish and Game trapped the and took them back up river….they were surprised when the showed up and did it again….

 

Why they don’t allow miniature claymores is beyond me. Might not stop ‘em but it sure would thin ‘em out a bit.
