    When my friend's wife took sky diving lessons. The instructor always told her that she is likely to get killed in a car accident or walking across the street. The last time the instructor told her a few days later, He was hit by a car and died.

    It took her a long time to go skydiving again. To a point where she feels comfortable.

    I was young (around 7 years old) when my father had his plane. As time went we lost interest in the plane.

    Plus the private airport closed.
