Tune

Looking for a tuner for a 23 Tacoma manual shift.
All the googling I’ve done I can’t find a physical tuner that I can order online and I can’t find anyone near me that has the program to to re-program the ECU.
Does anyone have something they would suggest that is a plug n play a system that I can setup myself and that has the ability to put the truck back completely stock for when going in for warranty work.
Don’t want a setup that requires cutting wires or connecting directly to sensors just a simple plug n play system
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

I’ve looked at it a few times…. My biggest issue is I’m from Canada and I physically cannot find anything that I can just order online. Seems like most of them you have to get someone to physically hook up a computer to your truck.

 

Just buy the VF Tuner tuning kit and buy whatever tune pack you want and install it yourself. It’s easy and you can flash back to stock at will.

 

I hate to tag just one tuner as there are many great ones on this forum.
But I believe @tonered might be able to assist you?

 

The world of tune moves and evolves so fast that it's a lot of hours to learn if you want to dive in with a laptop and vftuner.

Id really love to, because I love diving into everything under the sun and learning as much as I possibly can. But I have more hobbies than time as it is. So I found a local guy and paid him to flash my truck instead. I'm happy that I went that route.

I know there is a tuner that regularly posts in the B.C. page for times and locations that he will tune.

As @tonered and others have mentioned you can just get a license/cable right from VFTuner's site then purchase a tune pack for your '23 MT Tacoma if you want a pre-built proven option. You can also build your own tune from scratch if you want to get into it. For pre-build tunes there are several options. The one Alex and I provide is called "KDMAX Pro" and our new version rolling out is just a continued evolution of almost 3-years of feedback and testing. I have an automatic but my truck has never run better!
