Just post for free. Someone will want it.

Or tear it off on the trail—which I bet you never will. Those things will take a lot of abuse. I’ve thrashed and bent my OEM plates (“brush guards”) but the air dam just springs back.

I often wonder if an air dam would have stabilized my 19 TRDOR or if its just the driving characteristic of an OR. I was traveling down a curvy mountain highway 65-70 mph on a very windy day. This happened one or two times driving down 50 from Tahoe to Sac and I-80 from Reno to Sac. Sometimes the truck felt squirrely. Everything is tight - Wheels etc. Perhaps it was the unevenness of the pavement and cross winds. My analytical side thinks the air dam would hold the vehicle down. Otherwise the truck handles great.

It’s probably minor, but I think a sensitive driver could feel the difference. They send people out on track at speed when the design folks fine tune the aero stuff before release, and those guys can tell the difference enough to make adjustments…

Sorry, I’m not buying that your truck has such air lift in the front that you’re driving on 2 wheels. Aerodynamically it’s a brick.

Lots of peeps take them off but you are flying around on 2 wheels? Duplicate it with another vehicle and get pics.

IF you are a believer that these over priced plebian trucks are going to be highly valued collector trucks, like 70s C10s, collect and save a few of them.

Because in 40 years the 'restorers' will lament this being an impossible to find part because of them being thrown away.

All 6 of those futuristic looking folks on this forum will thank my heirs.

Chin spoiler makes a noticeable difference on my sr5. Tried it removed for awhile, and lost a little more than 1 mpg average, plus noticed more wind noise above 45 mph, so its on to stay.
