So we have a broken wire or bad connection between the interior fuse box and PCM or a bad interior fuse box.

Is the wire coming out of the Interior fuse box orange?
I can try pinning it and see if I have power coming out?

Yes but theres more than one orange wire coming out, I'm on the go right now but I can post the connector diagram for the interior fuse box later. It should be in your book, it's called the Driver's Side Junction Box.
    It's on connector 1I Pin 15 (Orange)

Your positive the IGN fuse has power on both sides and the pins are intact and not corroded?

I mean if your on the right pin and fuse and you are good at the fuse but not at the pin then yea looks like a bad fuse box.

Do you have power coming out on the other Orange wire (1C Pin 13)?

Pull that fuse out and see what it looks like or swap it with a known good fuse.

    That is what I’d do.
Rare to see a bad fuse box on theses trucks.
If it were a Chrysler, no. They fail all the time.

You did have the connector plugged in and back probed when testing the 1c pin 13 didn’t you?
The fuse box feeds the wires. So you have to physically check the pin, or back probe the connector while plugged in.

I never unplugged anything. I've been backprobing everything with a safety pin and been checking my light against known hot wire that I dragged into cab for testing I'll go back out and pull the fuse, see what it looks like. Maybe get lucky
