    After the fact they can’t nail you for DUI. Just make sure you’re stone sober. If you’re still intoxicated in the least bit then they can reverse engineer your current BAC to what it was N hours ago. I know someone who got the book thrown at him this way when he was younger & dumber :anonymous:
