    Regear would help. I averaged 20mpg on a trip back from Maine to western MA on 5.29s and 35s

    I mean, I’m pretty aggressive on the gas with all the weight on. That and I’m running an old tune from OVTune which I need to fix. Gotta find time to call them directly about it.
    I had a completely different idea of what regearing did. I thought it gave more power so overall less MPG. Whoops. So in this case, getting a regear would help. Know anyone or any place that does it, and a rough range of how much such a thing costs?

    The thing with the regear is it makes the motor work less which means less throttle input which is what gives you the better mpg if you properly regear. Locally I'd recommend Wicked CAS in NH, ask for Andre to do them and tell him you know me. I sent my diffs down the ECGS and had them do gears, bearings, and 2 lockers.

    Mine with new rear wheel bearings, seals and retainers plus the regear and lockers was $3500. I think if you just wanted the gears and master install kits it would be closer to 2k
