If you get a chance visit the Maine Diner on Route 1 in York, Maine. Great food and even better pies. If you get far enough north Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor are worth a visit.

Glad you're okay, bike can be fixed.

I think I just need a small ratchet strap to "fix" bike, and bend the fork shield back some more. Going to try to get to Bar Harbor, but looks like 5 hours from Mount Weather.

One of my friends lives in Acadia, so we will try to meet him for lobster. Just don't want to ask him to drive 3.5 hours to Portland.

@fatfurious2 if its Laconia bike week you might be in for a treat

IIRC during Laconia bike week they shut the auto road down for cars and Only allow motorcycles up

edit nvm it seems they ended the motorcycles only days a couple years back

All my rigs are purpose built. From crawling to camping. I also enjoy a nice stock truck for what that’s worth. Toyota’s are the jam!
I had an 85, it made one unstoppable rock buggy! Loved that truck. I traded it to a guy for a Zero turn and started a landscape biz. That truck really helped my ass out thru the time I owned it. Cheap transportation, and one badass off-road machine.

Looked at the truck this morning. A lot rougher than what the pictures show. I passed on that truck. Next on the list is a 1992 5speed 2wd with fuel injection. We will see.

I had a 95.5. Got a check engine light before I knew anything, and had to sell it. Turns out the welds on the cat broke. Also had OBD1 and no one knew what to do lol

Other than a few odd days here and there, the weather has been pretty terrible so far. It’s getting very old.

Have you tried opening it up to the first "click" That worked best for me the one time I got caught in it. It may very well have been a fluke, so take it with a grain of salt......cause I don't have but that one experience in bad rain.

@w.adventures the hood pins didnt work for the box. 2 broke at first offroad. One is holding on for its life.

im emptying it tonight and trashing the box. Don't want it coming off and impaling someone
