    And yes to the fat on the top of the consume. I actually make a killer chile oil to dip the tortillas in and then griddle up. For me, just easier and guaranteed crispy birria tacos!

    excellent cook! And yes to the Oaxaca cheese as well!!!!!!!

    Thanks, I didn’t feel like prepping everything to fry tortillas, so I tried it. It eats like a patty melt with all the flavors of birria.

    Had some left over Ceasar salad dressing I'd made the other night. Egg, lemon, mustard, Tabasco, Lee and perins, anchovy, grated parmesan.

    This morning I added another egg and made savory French toast for brunch. Damn good.
