    So far so good with the idle.Thanks @treyus30. You've been a huge help.

    on another note, the ac1 and ACT wires don't do what they should. AC1 has no state change with the ac switch or any climate control combination I've tried. And the ACT wire gets a 5v change when the fan is switched on engine off. When engine is running, it's a constant 5v.

    Any other ideas?

    I'm not sure why your AC1 isn't triggering. I have always used super low voltages on that for the threshold. The ACT has a pull-up resistor to 5v on it so it's natural state is 5v, you pull it to ground with the ECU to turn off the AC system with the computer. Are you testing the AC1 wire with the HVAC actually on and the clutch operating. It only shows the AC as being on when the AC amp has engaged the mag clutch

    Yea I've been testing that wire to ground with the motor running. When I press in the AC button, I can hear the clutch engage and the idle is pulled down or stalled.

    Lemme look into it a bit more tomorrow. I can look at the wire diagram on alldata and see if there's something I'm missing that changed over the years.

    Yea lemme know if you see anything. I've been going off of this document for the wiring which seems to hold true, but outside of that I'm at a loss. Last resort would be to pull signal off of the mag clutch itself for the input.

    It's a 2000 3rz fed emissions

    I dig into the minutia of PID control and really started nailing the closed loop boost control. Man when you have spool assist dialed properly it lights up stupid fast.

    I stopped at a super solid and responsive 9psi today... Thing squats and takes off like crazy now. Amazed at the Chevy 63s not axle wrapping to shit with the 35s and 4.56s. Other than the soft off-road suspension handling it doesn't feel like driving a truck, reminds me of my IS300 but with way better spool time. I'm still excited to see your gauge unit tho so don't refocus too hard, the tunes ain't going anywhere haha.

    I have a question about the voltage values displayed in the NSP software.

    When my ScanGauge is connected to the truck's OBDII port the voltage it displays pretty much matches what my multimeter shows at the battery posts. But this never agrees with what is displayed in the NSP software. NSP is always .5 volts lower than what a multimeter shows at the battery.

    This afternoon I connected my SG directly to the Haltech 2000 ecu. When the battery voltage is 14.25, the SG reads 13.6-13.7 and NSP is 13.75-13.8.

    To add some spice to this, I have the good fortune to be around and observe NSP connected to 2 other Tacomas. Now I realize they are different trucks with different charging systems, but both of those truck show they are running 14.2-14.3 volts in NSP.

    I am curious if you guys might have some insights on this topic.

    Not sure, never cared tbh. But a due note is that a single diode's voltage drop is around 0.5V

    Neither Dan nor I has a second ecu leaching power off the same small wires.

    I am running the Elite 2000 on an Extracab '02 4x4 v6 with an auto and the Magnuson SC at about 6 psi.

    Not sure there's a way to really know without seeing the whole wiring harness. VDrop from wire isn't all that high as some people display

    How do I add "in gear state" to my tuning table at the bottom like this? Can I even do that with the elite 750?
