It's kind of crazy.. like how you could basically have driven a first gen for almost a million miles with very little issues .... Except for the damn frame rotting away...lol

 

Just picked one of these up!
Looked like one of the best options our there considering material, looks and price.

You know how Facebook listens? Like you even mention something once and it's all over your Facebook suggestions? A bit after I read your post I went on Facebook, sure enough there's a post with different bolt types... this looks like an elevator bolt. (I never search for bolt types or even said "bolt"... THEY'RE IN MY HEAD!!!

 

The tailgate cover is awesome. I've had mine for several months now.

 

If there's one thing a 1stGen owner knows, it's how to deal with rust!!! I did the same with mine for years (an '04). Every time the leaves changed I was cleaning, wire brushing and treating. I'm not as nervous with my '22. I've used some the same stuff you mentioned. I will add Amsoil's MP HD to this list.

 

Thanks to the wonderful guys at Spirit of 1876, I got my new GoFSR 270 degree awning on today. Its robust and super duper simple to setup and put away. It weights 38 lbs and is wind rated while open up to 40+ MPH with no poles.

 

Uh DAM, I want one of those.

I ordered it months ago like March-ish but they were on back order. Spirit got 4 of them in stock this week. I leave for a big trip in 2 weeks. I got lucky.

And finally, why I waited so damn long is beyond me…swapping out the transfer case switch. It’s so freaking awesome to hear a click and not squeaking while engaging 4WD

 

Got some work done today by the amazing, one and only @Shmellmopwho ! He did a front bumper viper cut, exhaust cut, and installed trd front skid along with RCI underskids. Does great work and is an awesome dude! Thanks brother!

Ok yall, it was my phone volume. I swear though I looked at that when I noticed the problem and hit the volume on the phone, and watched the volume slider go all the way up. This time however, it actually increased the volume.
