If I worked on the same sheet as this guy, I would start clicking into each box he was clicking on just to drive him extra nuts

probably a good thing I work alone 95% of the time

I mean I already kind of do that just because I'm in charge of this damn project. I do kind of wonder why the other guy is doing it but it's a live spreadsheet and it's not 100% up to the second so he might actually just be clicking through and not actually dwelling there as long as it seems

The bad news is that I don't hate it. The compound is soft enough that I can squeeze the outer blocks together so I suspect they'd work well in the rocks. The sidewall is definitely on the thin side compared to Maxxis / BFG. Guess I'd need to build a spare tire carrier to feel better about running a full set

We have some large shared spreadsheets at work. My favorite quirk is when you open a dock and it says "read only: m3bassman has the file open" mother fucker I AM m3bassman!

What were the pouches for anyway?

I suspect they added convenience for travel, but that's it?

I'm just glad Theo isn't sensitive to anything; I hear horror stories about those needing some special formula only to have certain allergies later on.

Only the last one was allergic to formula for a few months until he started eating real food. No real allergies later on -- except for one with a penicillin allergy.

These were convenient for when we were traveling. The first two were 11 months apart.

So, may as well be made known. But the ol lady was diagnosed with ovarian cancer. They’re Calling it early, but not stage 1. It’s like between stage 1 stage 2. Honestly I’m not 100% sure the terminology here. But she’s starting chemo and radiation in the next couple weeks. Shit sucks. Seriously. There’s a slim chance she may not be able to have kids after all this if the radiation and chemo doesn’t work.

Oh man that really sucks :( I think I remember hearing or reading somewhere with ovarian cancer that it's highly treatable and most recover when caught early, so that is good news. But chemo and radiation can be awful regardless. Have seen my brother in law go through it recently. Sorry to hear that man. Fuck cancer

    Stuff. Also things.
Sorry to hear that, Dan. Hoping for positive outcomes, especially since they seem to have caught it early.

I’m a complete idiot on the subject, but is it possible to harvest any of her eggs prior to the treatments?

that's a good idea, especially before chemo. My BIL was told that the chemo alone could cause him to become infertile so he did the sperm bank thing. But egg freezing is a bigger process, hopefully insurance can help in this case

The surgery would involve removing her tubes if needed. So there’s little chance. But that’s only off it’s needed. She’s a wreck. Understandably. It’s rough. I do not wish this on anyone

Accidentally left my 4runner parked on the street sweeping side today, Rebecca called me and offered to move it (doesn't drive stick), so I walked her through it over the phone and she did pretty well! Didn't stall at all and got it into the driveway.

Then we realized it was blocking her car so we went through the process again to back it up and get it onto the other side of the street...that didn't go so well lol. 5 stalls and a few high revving clutch burns later it's parked about 4 feet away from the curb but I think that's good until I get home lol. We have a pretty wide street

I think with a bit more practice she'll be much better than I was when I first started, took me several weeks just to get out of our own neighborhood with my first stick
