Haha. Everyone selling saddle bags today? I still have these if you’re interested. I can do $100 shipped. I also have a bunch of extra straps that I bought separately that I’ll throw in.

Christini AWD. It's pretty wild how they pulled it off. You really notice it starting from a stop.

IMG_3647.jpg IMG_3646.jpg IMG_3646.jpg IMG_3647.jpg IMG_3647.jpg Well just got back from a test ride on the grom and it didn’t go well. The suspension works great but the cylinder is toast. Started smoking out the tail pipe. This grom is stock with exhaust and intake. It wasn’t running lean. Well I had ordered a high compression piston so I figured might as well check it out. I found the cylinder to be scored. The previous owner must have road it hard for the 700 miles he had it. Look at the cylinder. The first pic is the bottom and the second is the top. This engine has 1000 miles on it. So I ordered a new replacement cylinder.

They do several sales, and they do some that you only get the code for if you are on their emails. I don't like the tusk bags, personally. I watched some installs and there is a bit too much fuss for me. The GL stuff is quicker, but as stated, this won't be until I get way more miles.

I should clarify that they put certain items on sale at different times and different discount levels. If I had been shopping last December they had the bags I wanted at 50% or 60% off. For the quality I don't think you could beat them at that price.

Oooooh! I thought you meant the saddlebags. Tank bag makes more sense now. I didn't look at those, and IDK about fuss on them. Once I decided I wanted the Coyote saddlebag from GL, my OCD made me want a matching tank bag.

I completely understand the want for matching bags :D I'm gonna go with the Tusk Highland bags. I honestly won't use them enough to justify the GL/Mosko stuff........Although, I'm sure I'd be better off buying the high quality stuff. I just don't want to buy another tank bag

That's one reason I have bought the Tusk. I don't want to spend $500 and then still go back to the GL. Where I'm at now, I'd only lose $100 on the tank bag.

Are you signed up for the GL emails? That'll be your best way to get deals.

Speaking of bags. Small tank bag with a hydration bladder.... n GO! (realized I would really like one on the tenere after not having my backpack on... having to stop for water everytime sucked)

Define small. You could pretty easily put a "small" hydration bladder in any tank bag.
