It’s just a standard 3/4x3/4 heim. Summit or the like will have them. Also, I’ve been running rubber boots over mine since day one filled with grease. They are still nice and tight. Well worth the 2$ a piece for the boots.

after installing the LCA pivot kit i am finding that the passenger rear pivot mounts are not spaced wide enough to accept the lower control arm and the 3 spacer discs/washers. all the others are fine but this one is about 1/8" too narrow. the stock lower control arm width is around 3.5" and the spacers are around .25" each so 3 spacers plus the arm would need a minimum of 4 and 1/4" of width but actual width is 4 and 1/8" as shown in the pic.

    IMG_7843.HEIC.jpg

the front passenger mount is fine and is as expected...

    IMG_7845.HEIC.jpg

didn't measure them when i pulled them out of the box before installing. my best idea is to use only 2 of the spacers provided and shim up the rest with thinner washers until its tight and call it a day since the front is fine and should hopefully be in line with with the front on the drivers side.

anyone have a better idea or advice on how to proceed?

Could maybe get a port-a-power to try and spread it out some

    Yes
You should definitely get @81trekkers input but if you do need to spread it you might be able to do the old caveman method - all thread w/ two washers and two nuts trick ie: run a piece of all thread through the tabs with two washers and two nuts inside the tabs then turn the nuts to spread the tabs a bit

measure the tabs at the base if they are 1/8” off at the base of tabs then spreading them is useless spreading them would only be a solve if the tabs were at the correct spacing at the base of the tabs but pinched at the tips

I think harry has made folks custom spacers before too ?

beyond the obvious of being able to use the supplied hardware and having full adjustment within the mount, what do you think the benefit of spreading them is versus just shimming with washers until there is no play?
