I went to a classic car show and swap meet on Petit Jean Mountain. This is the place where we had the Toyotas on Petit Jean Meet in May. I got to see some cars and trucks that I've only read about in books.

You guys have any recommendations for 7/16" shackle? I'm sure it doesn't reaaaaaalllly matter but I'll ask anyway

 

I'll look later at what's on the LC; I've used them a few times on the Tacoma so I know they're strong

 

Freakin bumper mounts make me nervous to pull on them too hard, seem weaaaaak

 

How thick are they?

And were they welded on the backside as well or only surface mounted?

 

The bumper mounts on the truck* the bumper is a solid plate. Known problem on 2nd gens, just don't know how hard people are using them.

To bad you can't make it out this way John $15k for this one. Was considering it for my wife but she would rather a 4Runner.
