    Hello all

I just purchased a 98 Tacoma base reg cab 2.4 5speed and I’m needing a seat belt for it

I bought a new one and it wasn’t the right one mine has the cover on the retractor and the hold down has a little pin that goes in the body

Can someone point me in the right direction for the part # I’m looking for?

    thanks in advance

Remains to be seen I bought the tires and wheels the rest came along
    Welcome to the Forum!!

Please take pictures what your dealing with.

New as brand new or used new to you??

Those covers tend to get brittle and break and never replaced.

thanks a lot, got that part figured out, now my next question, am I missing something like a spacer that should have or some trim that the retractor sits against? I can’t get the bolt to run all the way in even after running a thread chaser.

Yeah I would probably go by Ace hardware and get some big/thick nylon washers.
And couple regular washers to sandwich between on each side.

I work on paint rigs.....so I have crap like that in junk trays.
