    Good evening everybody.

    It was another wild weather day in Northwest Florida today. Weather man had said we may get some showers but the severe weather would be north of us in Alabama today. About 1000 the phones and iPads went off with a severe thunderstorm warning, immediately followed by a tornado warning. It was a hell of a storm for about 30 minutes. Lost power, cell service went down. When it came back on we learned a tornado had formed about 2 miles from the house and tracked east. No damage here but a lot of leaves and branches blown down. Damage east of us from the tornado.

    This stuff needs to move on out of here. I’ll stick with my hurricanes where I have days to watch and plan for.

    Grandson works at a feed store here in Mims, he really likes the job. Saturday morning he was running out to the semi trailer where they bring in bails of hay to load a customer. The Customer backed up and crushed him / his leg between the truck and trailer bumpers!!
