I find that mine stay in red 99% of the time. I like having the option to switch to white but even at night the red is sufficient enough to see and it's way easier on the eyes

 

Installed DD Elite fogs to compliment my new Pro LED headlights. Lighting upgrade complete. Debating on Pro tails.

 

Mounted my Hi Lift.

 

Do you know what percentages were used - front vs rear (or the same for both)? Windshield too? Used to live in PHX and 35+% wasn't unusual (some even went with limo tint up front). It really helped with the heat, but darned hard to see at night (still kept the windows rolled up when it was over 100 degrees at midnight ). No need for the heavy tint here in the NW, but would like some more than stock.

Looks great and I'm going to add some as well. Just wondering what you went with and how your "night vision" is. TIA!

 

After putting some Pro tails, Snail Armor tailgate cover and an UpTop Retrax Truss on my baby, she is off to the local off-road shop for some 5.29s!

 

I'm sorry, but are you saying you spent $275 on gas to drive 4,000 miles? That's like 50mpg unless I'm misunderstanding

I can tell you mine are 35%...they match the rear windows. It was kind of a "trip" the first time I looked left to make a right at 5:45am...oncoming lights were barely visible.

Now that I know what to expect, it's not a problem...but that first time, wow!

 

Update: The PVC rod holder is too bulky to fit nicely with the GoFSR awning now that I got the awning mounted up. It was also covering the roof rack lights that we use... So I found these Rhino Rack Stow It mounts that hold 2 rods perfectly and they lock. Only downside is this will expose the rods to the elements. But for quick use or shorter trips its not an issue. The pic shows a test fit with a single rod with the reel still on, but we'll be breaking our rods down all the way when we travel with them.

 

Finally got around to installing my At The Helm high clearance steel rear bumper. No more breaking expensive plastic pieces offroad!

Yep, pretty much my experience back then too. I think it looks terrific, but I'll probably go with 20% to 25% up front. Never look out the back side windows, so I'll probably add some there. Thanks for that!

Sweet looking ride! Had ours cleaned and detailed the other day too. I know it won't last, but it's great to see her shine!

I've had various collector cars that generated lots of positive comments, even folks that wanted to take pictures of them. But I've never had a "standard" ride that drew looks, thumbs ups and nice comments from randos like our Taco. Kinda nice!

 

Got her shining again! I'm using Turtle Wax Hybrid Solutions To the Max Graphene Wax, and their Graphene Flex wax after washes. Really stepped up their game with these products. Use Chemical Guys VRP on the tonneau cover

Are these the Cali Raised Trail Edition Rock sliders w Kick out? I just ordered a set and have been trying to find photos of the kick out and if it will be past my rear wheel. Your sliders don't appear to stick out that far.
