This thing was absolutely filthy from sitting in the storage space under the back deck since before COVID started, so I cleaned it up somewhat...

 

Some of the brand new unused stuff that I bought back in 2019...

 

This expired in August 2020...

 

I had 2 Koi ponds at the last house we owned.
Had them for over 8 years.
That’s all I want for fish ponds and tanks. Been there, did it, done.

I did have a pet largemouth bass. It would eat worms out of you hand.
Its primary diet was gold fish. It killed everything you put in with, other bass, blue gill, catfish….
It killed them all. So he had a pond to his own. The other was for Koi, the herrings and raccoons got into it all the time. The bastards….

Then you had to clean the filters and change UV bulbs.
Yeah, I don’t miss that.

 

Other than Charlie pierce is my whole world and it would hurt me so much if I had to surrender him as to he helps with my anxiety

First the snapping turtle on Friday, and then this; I was driving @Stitchgirl90 home this evening when there was a huge explosion up head. At exactly the same time I saw the explosion, Amanda's roommate called and said that the power had just gone out at their apartment complex...

 

If you look closely, you can see the tree branch (or stump...?) that caused this...

I was one of two motorists who called 911 (the other being the guy in the white Mazda you see in dashcam video)...

Back in the 1980s l worked in a pizza place and there was a loud boom outside, so we ran out on the back deck only to see a giant ball of electricity chasing the wires. A few seconds later the kid that lived upstairs came running out from under the electricity ball, apparently he was fooling around with the trees and managed to get them somehow stuck in the wires.

 

What dash cam do you have?
And how is it wired?

 

And he didn't electrocute himself?!?!

 

BlackVue, plugged into DC auxiliary outlet, and rear dashcam doesn't work...
