Might be my last post on here. I have a stalker. I’m pretty sure that penis wrinkler keyed my truck. 11B8DA19-D309-483B-A7A5-191022F26AF1.jpgB75BF826-EDAC-4443-B783-197387654755.jpg8DC3184C-6D97-4330-AB77-83AF68CE1C80.jpgI was on the fence about taking off the 4x4 decal. Now I’m on one side of that fence. Police have been informed. What a fucking loser.

Blackout , Tonneau, bed mat, bike rack, all weather mats (OEM), LED low beams, Blue LED cabin lights, more stuff to come.
The prevailing theory is a gunked up PCV can cause higher pressure in the case which could lead to the dreaded timing cover leak.

No idea if that's true or a coincidence but for $16 it's easy possible preventative maintenance.

Lots of tacomas not just 3rd gens get this. It's just damn expensive to fix. Requires pulling the motor I believe.

Father’s Day presents: #1 is on the Cheap Mods thread, this is #2 - interior LED lights (plus license plate lights). #3 is bed lights but I didn’t do my research that access cabs need to buy the switch as well. So that one stays in the box until I buy one.

I have a neighbor with an F-150 and every time he walks by he has to say, "That is such a good looking truck" and I haven't done any wheel or suspension mods.

When you get up to it, it’s worse than the pics. You can see paint hanging off, and metal poking through. Some of it might buff out but I doubt 70% would.
Mostly annoyed that this person keeps following me.

    Tastes...

I find the Taco lines far to nose heavy. To "Baja to be really my liking.

But the Nissan is down right ugly, And the Taco has many more desired features than looks.

    ;-)

Time for an outdoor camera. Even one of those $99 motion activated trail cams that takes multiple stills or videos will work if you put it somewhere inconspicuous. Jealous jerks are everywhere.

I wasn’t anywhere near a place where I could install my own personal camera, outside of my truck at least.
So a couple Garmin minis and some wiring is pretty worthy.

Ah, got it. Feel for you man. I've had some like that buffed out but if the scratch catches your nail it'll need prep and paint. Most full-time paint shops will want to do all of the panels, for thousands. You probably found that out already. But if you're not going to file an insurance claim, some one or two-man detailers may be able to do the proper sanding and paint repair for less. It's still a great truck. Just needs some TLC. Best of luck!

There is some pinstripes on the truck as it is, and some marks around the top of the bed. Some daughter climbed up on the bed one day wearing soccer cleats. So yeah there is some paint issues here and there. It’s just the principal of someone intentionally fucking with me that is, well, depressing.
