All my rigs are purpose built. From crawling to camping. I also enjoy a nice stock truck for what that’s worth. Toyota’s are the jam!
You guys were on the move! Thanks for sharing, looks like a really nice ride.
That dealership is massive!!! I looked it up.
That is also a real testament to how your buddy keeps up his machines. The hat some serious miles to clock on any piece of transportation, especially 2 wheels!

Reminds me of when I put knobbies on my naked sv650. It road well on smooth gravel roads.

Was just reading the latest daily reports for the Iron Butt Rally and learned my friend Lisa Rufo and her daughter Molly hit a deer around 5 am near Dekalb, IL. Molly is unhurt and Lisa being checked out at hospital. Lissa's husband Steven is continuing in the rally per Lisa's instruction. Sounds like bike might be toast. Glad they're not hurt worse but really hate to read about it.

Anyone near there willing to let someone borrow a bike for about 10 days? BMW GS would be the first choice as that's what she rides.

That looks fun, would love to ride some trails. Maybe I should get a T7...

Still deciding what bike to get. I'm going to keep the supermoto around but want something that's not as buzzy at highway speeds. Leaning towards an MT-09

I had a 14 FZ09. Was definitely fun, but I wouldn't want to take it offroad

I don't know if I'll ever go knobbies, to be honest. If anything I'd be more included to go smoother tire for more street grip and a psuedo sumo look. With how light the bike is it'll do gravel roads with just about any kind of tire haha

And like @fatfurious2 I do am confused by knobbie + belly pan combo. My next big project is a skid plate, though.

Yes they are and I love the CP3 engine

Yup had the same one, not the tool for that job... I like the versatility of an ADV bike but feel like I'd be on the street most of time, so keep gravitating back to a naked sport. Hmm what to do?
