Year ago I purchased a 2014 5 lug SR5 for the wife as a daily driver and she loves it..
Was going to up grade it to the pre-runner suspension, wheels and tires
so The question is it possible as frame mounts and such for the spring hangers and front suspension..
Don’t think it will be used off road and doing it just for the looks..

No. I don’t know how else to put it.
Converting a 5 lug to 6 lug is not feasible.

Leave it low, light, and simple. The way a Tacoma was meant to be this entire time.

A Prerunner is a 4WD truck with a 2WD drivetrain. A heavier than normal duty Tacoma. If you don't do a lot of off pavement driving, you don't really need it.

    I mean, nothing is impossible.

Probably would make more sense just to buy the pre-runner

    Yes it would.
    I made my answer short.
It would take a long time and a lot of research to answer the question.
No offense to OP, but if he had the ability to do it, he wouldn’t be here asking.
Some times I take the question being asked into account for my answer.

As you said, the cost alone would be as much/more than upgrading the whole truck.

Not to mention he said “His wife loves it”.
I don’t know about you guys, but I think a man should leave well enough alone when a woman is happy. :rofl:Why risk messing up a good thing. What happens if she doesn’t like it…….oh no:eek:
