Anyone have measurements using the 5-pack with a cap on their Tacoma? I want some lift, but nothing outrageous.

Yes. Mine is not DC, but Xcab. I did not really even want a lift, just better, stronger springs and suspension.

It added about 1.25 inches on mine now that it is settled after about 7k miles.

Here are the before and after pics:

    Before:

After (immediatley after; they have settled a little since):

Here is the only recent picture I have of the rear after 7k miles:

    It is a good deal.

With having a cap on a double-cab, is there a different spring set that I should look at purchasing or will the 5-leaf be fine? Also, I plan to replace the front and rear shocks. What additional items do I need to purchase (leaf springs, OME 881 coils, Bilstein 5100s...)? I want to come up with a complete list, so I know how much I need to set aside.

A wheelers new u-bolt set and shackle bushings and you will be set.
That should take care of your suspension.

I'm maybe, maaaybe, maaaaaybe in for this GB. I gotta send an e-mail out first and ask for suggestions.

Unless ya'll think you can help me. I've got a V6 Xtracab and I'm about to get front and rear plate bumpers from Tim (Elite Off-Road). There'll be a winch up front, too. How much lift should I get with the Wheeler's 5 pack. I also planned on OME springs with either OME/Billy coils. Recommendation?

You're gonna want OME 882's up front, and expect about 1/2" less than normal lift out of the leafs (around 2" or so) with that heavy rear bumper. You should sit pretty level with this setup.

The rear bumper's only 50 pounds over the stock, hitchless bumper. Any recommendation on OME versus Billy's?
