Free 2016+ License Plate Light Shade 3D Print Files

I am back at it again! I was asked by a friend to make some shades for him, and since I have it modeled now, I may as well share the work here for the community! I hope someone finds use for these

As always, I provide these files for free for personal usage to fellow Toyota lovers, they are only meant for the forum community. Selling prints made from these files is not permitted.

After modeling this shade for my friend, I took advantage of my momentum and added some illuminated designs to the shades. I attached a couple of the photos just because I think they look cool!

Very cool! I love the fact that you are willing to share the file as well. But since your Etsy listing of $13.99 is probably cheaper than buying a 3D printer (I’m guessing, I didn’t actually look…), I bought a set.

Neat stuff and looks amazing. Unfortunately with the conversion, it’s showing $27.68 for the item plus $20.71 shipping to Canada .

 

I’ve had mine on for a few weeks now and I can’t believe how well these work. I have to back in close to my garage wall, about a half inch close, and it was tough sometimes with the white wall and the brightness of the light. Put these on and night and day difference.

 

These look great! I would like to print the TRD and the one with the Toyota Logo. I didn't see those files in the download. Any chance of getting those files? Great job!

@RedLantern 1 side. 50-50 odds the side you need.

 

I just used black electricians tape and trimmed to fit. Use as much as you want to cover as much as you want. Inexpensive and easy to change if you want or make a mistake. I replace every year due to weather fading. Blends in well too in case a copper is eyeballing.

 

I already have one of these printed files on my truck. It's great. But I want to print the taco one!

Are you planning on keeping those designs strictly on your esty?

Yep, 3M Molding tape.
