Haven’t had that happen…. Yet… but I have definitely compressed my disc a few times and went a few days without being able to walk right

 

Anybody ever told you that you look like Mel Gibson?

 

I was making jokes but, yeah…you might want to be careful. Sounds like you’re pushing it too much if you’re experiencing injuries like that. On a side note, it’s good to see that you’re still staying active etc.

 

Yeah I’ve learned that I’m starting to dip into the heavier weights that are more risky for a serious injury. Lot more stretching and warming up before doing certain things. But overall I’ve only had 2 serious back injuries that left me with a few weeks of no training thankfully.

 

Take the hat off and shave your face and you should get 601.3!

I think most of you guys live in the south, don't know if you have been experiencing poor air quality down there or not.

I can, not live with the heat and humidity ya'll deal with.

If I lived in an area that rarely saw about 80F, I would be so happy.

its amazing to me how much smoke is produced. Its mostly gone here now but I still won’t exercise outside for a bit.
