    Having kids that were very active in sports and I’m a former fitness instructor so we have a full gym in the basement. We have spent a lot of time in there as a family and individually. Seems you are never done once you start adding to it. :frusty::frusty::frusty:


    This was the first time I’ve worked out in there since Maxx. I could only do it cuz Aus was with me.❤️❤️❤️

    I just wish I could get back down there on my own. I have always worked out, since Maxx, I have just enough energy to do my necessities then I’m wiped out. I know it would be good for me and help pull me out of this place I’m in, but the exhaustion is real.

    I wish I had more room - I got a 12x12 shed out back = the gym.
    It is totally functional/useable but a little tight and I can't add much or I loose floor space.
    IF I don't run/workout a few times a week, I start getting real cranky..

    Glad you got a real workout buddy - that lazy dog is so worthless ;) just supervisin and all!
