Its a huge pain to get to the filters. The idle isn't bouncing per se, but it varies from normal rpm to +/- 200

Manual says to replace at 15k. But ill check them soon.

Filters going to be easier than just about every other fix, I'd start there. Does it do it all the time or only when hot or cold? Do you have an IAC that you can clean, check, or re-calibrate?

Took the CBR out and snapped a few pics I'm case I decide to post it up on marketplace. Looking at them makes me hesitate on selling, but I never ride it.

I think it would be 100 times easier on the bike lol line choice becomes far more than certain lines we needed to “find” when we ran it. We spent like 15-30 mins finding the sweet spot line for every obstacle and then needing to get 3 more trucks through it, while sometimes the “figured out line” would no longer work for the 5th gen 4runner in the group with a slightly different wheel base. @Wheelspinner jist ran Moab and blew threw shit in minutes/hours that would take all day in a truck. My hope is to run it on the bike though for sure.

Watched the video, on part two now. Goddamn it brought back a lot of memories. I was like DANG they are on ADV bikes? Then I realized it was Chris Birch so wasn't surprised. Really was an incredible trail.

This is my first day of a 5 day vacation. Having my coffee and about to pack the bonneville up for a journey to I don't know where. Just me, the bike, and the road. I'm gonna go visit a friend today on the other side of the state and then?.......

That's a clean cbr. Here's my 04 cbr1000rr. I have rode it in like 5 years. But won't sell it. Orginal owner. I've had many offers over the years to sell but won't budge

All my rigs are purpose built. From crawling to camping. I also enjoy a nice stock truck for what that’s worth. Toyota’s are the jam!
Hells yeah I would hit that on the 1190r, though the 890r would take it much better. I am still amazed at how planted this bike feels. You can ride it like my 500…it’s just nuts.

Just sent in my paperwork to the Iron Butt Association to get last weekend's rides certified. Saddlesore 1000 nested in a Bun Burner 1500. We screwed up because after finishing the Bun Burner we stopped worrying about receipts and odometer photos. By the time we stopped Saturday night we actually had completed a Saddlesore 2k covering over 2k miles in under 48 hours. Guess we need to plan another ride.....

This is a motorcycle x RC cross post, but Losi recently released this MX bike for preorder and Proline has supermoto wheels and tires so I caved and bought it.

I sold my real dirt bike to get a toy version lol

Moab on a bike is almost comical, especially after dealing with the mud and wet roots of east coast riding. Well known obstacles for trucks like hells gate, golden crack and the gold bar waterfall were non issues we didn’t even slow down for lol. It was awesome being able to loop 3-4 trails a day into 50 mile loops vs doing one, mayyyybe two trails a day with a truck though. We saw more in 4 days that you can with a truck in a full week and still had time to be tourists in town. Insert shameless totw pic

What's the scale on that? I saw a reel yesterday with a 1/4 scale RC bike and that thing was huge and awesome

Very nice! I ended up posting my for sale yesterday and have had a lot of interest and two offers. One was a lowball. The other was better but still a little low given comps in the market.

Touring on a Bonneville, I'm taking a few days to ride northern Michigan. Just state roads and backroads.

Break in complete, finished the first service on it and got to finally flog her. Screen only had one small metal shaving that looked to be from the machining and otherwise was clean.
Sweet baby jesus, she goes. And thats even in old-woman ‘touring’ mode.
Hubs was on his HD behind me when I goosed it and said he was like ‘ehhh. Nope. Not even going to try.’
